a little about Jennifer

Meet Jennifer Money

Jennifer began working in real estate as a senior in high school in 1993, managing marketing for several top producing real estate agents in Sarasota, Florida. Her work in marketing management continued throughout her college years and further developed her love for real estate and marketing. After graduating USF with her Bachelors Degree in English, Technical and Professional Writing, Jennifer decided self educating in real estate was the best way she could become a successful agent herself. After working in management with Coldwell Banker and doing closings for a Real Estate Attorney, Jennifer obtained her real estate license in 1998 at the age of 23 and became the youngest new agent at Michael Saunders & Company in Sarasota, Florida in their 22 year company history.

Throughout the last 25 years, Jennifer has assisted clients with buying, selling, portfolio development, and corporate relocations. With an in depth knowledge of the market, client service, contract negotiations, and marketing, Jennifer also has over 20 years of construction/home building experience.

With her passion for marketing, Jennifer has remained at the forefront of technology, technique, and strategies.  Jennifer personally does all of her photography, social media, and website development and throughout the years has worked with professionals nationwide sharing her talents and knowledge.

Jennifer is married to her high school sweetheart, mom to four amazing children and two German Shepherds. In her spare time, Jennifer can be found at the baseball field, reading, taking pictures, and enjoying family time.

Understanding that real estate is one of the biggest investments her clients will make, Jennifer’s dedication to education and communication along with elevating her tailored services to match the growing expectations of discerning clients establishes her as one of the most sought after real estate professionals in middle Tennessee. 

Jennifer is personally invested in the area she loves

Jennifer grew up with a love and passion for investing her time and efforts in her community. Jennifer first learned of community service in kindergarten serving community meals through her family’s restaurant. She dedicated time in high school and college organizing community events and after college was on committees with Junior League, UnGala Gala and The Mistletoe Ball in Sarasota which raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for the community each year. Jennifer has raised her children sharing the importance of community and together as a family, they continue to work throughout the year assisting those in need.

Since relocating to Middle Tennessee in 2010, Jennifer has thoroughly enjoyed being a part of these organizations:

  • La Fete du Cinema Valentine’s Fundraising Dinner 2011 | The Nashville Film Festival – A James Bond-inspired evening of food, spirits and surprises hosted by Brad Paisley and Kimberly Williams Paisley. The evening was co-hosted by Scott and Tracie Hamilton and the “Shaken, Not Stirred” theme menu was prepared by Top Chef All-Star, Richard Blais. Jennifer  was part of an intimate 5 person committee to organize and plan this extraordinary evening.
