The Importance of Established Partnerships

I realized the importance of partnerships at a young age, the age of 5 to be exact. I have been soaking up business procedures, development, and the strength of professional teams and networking everyday since. I followed my father around like a lost puppy but what seemed like a little girl enjoying the time with her dad, I was soaking up every word, every situation along with every experience. He began explaining business strategies and tips in management, strategic thinking and partnerships when most kids were playing at the playground. By the time I was in elementary school, I was in love with sales and marketing and no one could outsell me in wrapping paper, cookies, or any other school fundraiser.

I discovered I could be better than anyone at anything I wanted or chose to do, but my greatest success was supported and enhanced by who I surrounded myself with. Partnerships are of extreme importance in success. In real estate, it is of extreme importance to have a support team in my back pocket so to speak. Every person I include in my team knows that I expect the opportunity of reaching out to them at any time with questions and help with their area of expertise. I return the favor, they as well know they can call on me at any moment. Support and dedication to creating a curated client experience is what my goal is.

When clients choose to partner with me, they are elevating their team to include not only my expertise and client care, but the expertise and services of my professional partnerships. When clients partner with me, they are partnering with a lifelong relationship of relied upon services and support. Whether it is assistance with home renovations, remodeling, interior decorating or lawn care and landscaping, to things involving lifestyle support, recommendations for restaurants, vacations, activities, investing. It is my goal to be my clients most relied upon resource today – tomorrow – ten years from now.

It is strongly my opinion that you are only as good as those you surround yourself with.

As I learned at the young age of 5, the opportunity to serve others with dedication, sophistication and the utmost care is one of the greatest opportunities I can have. Building relationships, reliability and trust is the foundation of my success both personally and professionally.

How about you, can you comfortably say you have the strength of reliability and trust in a supportive team both personally and professionally?

Cheers to you and yours,

Jennifer
