Jennifer’s journey in real estate began in high school in 1993, when she managed marketing for several top-producing agents in Sarasota, Florida. Throughout her college years, she continued to build her expertise in marketing management, developing an enduring passion for both real estate and strategic communication. After earning her Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical and Professional Writing from the University of South Florida, Jennifer set out to master every aspect of the industry. Her experience in management with Coldwell Banker and real estate closings for a local attorney gave her a strong foundation, and in 1998, at just 23 years old, she became the youngest new agent in the 22-year history of Michael Saunders & Company in Sarasota.

Over the past 25 years, Jennifer has guided clients through every facet of real estate—from buying and selling to portfolio development and corporate relocations. Her extensive background spans market analytics, client service, contract negotiations, and marketing, complemented by more than two decades of hands-on construction and home-building experience.

A lifelong student of her craft, Jennifer has remained at the forefront of innovation, continually embracing emerging technologies, marketing strategies, and design trends. Her passion for visual storytelling shines through in her photography, social media, and website development—all of which she personally creates and manages. Beyond real estate, Jennifer is deeply rooted in family and community. She is married to her high school sweetheart and is a proud mom to four children—three baseball players and a law school student pursuing sports law—as well as two beloved German Shepherds, Leia Bacca and Violet. When she’s not working with clients, you’ll often find her at the baseball field, behind a camera, with a good book, or spending time with her family.
