Many potential home buyers see sites such as Zillow as reliable resources; however, these sites are known as third party sites that take 24 or more hours to update and do not provide access to all homes available for sale. You might find yourself asking, well, if the websites are not offering all available homes for sale, how do I find them? Great question…that is where you find the value of an experienced real estate agent!
